Guarantee and Cancellation Policies

Revervation Policies

• Must be 21 years of age and be able to privde a valid ID to book a campsite and credit card
• Base rates are for 1 tent per campsite (2 adults 2children).
• $3.50 charge for extra people with a limit of 4 adults in a site.
• $22 charge for an extra tent per night.

Deposit  

• A deposit is required to reserve your site.  When you make a reservation a deposit equivalent to the daily rate for your site will be charged. 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival date:  full deposit refunded.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date:  a cancellation fee equivalent to the daily rate for your site will apply.

Guarantee Policy

• We do our best to reserve sites of your choice, but we cannot guarantee specific sites.  

Payment:  

• We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards.  
• Payment in full is due at the time of check-in.
